BIOGRAPHY
Devi is a certified Mindfulness-Based Cancer Recovery (MBCR) Facilitator with the Centre for Mindfulness (CFM), Singapore, where she is committed to making evidence-based mindfulness programs accessible to individuals living with and beyond cancer. She facilitates MBCR with a warm, compassionate and experiential approach, supporting participants in cultivating resilience, self-compassion and wellbeing throughout the cancer journey.
Drawing on her own lived experience with cancer, together with her ongoing studies in Vedanta, mindfulness and holistic wellbeing, Devi brings a deep appreciation of both the scientific and human dimensions of healing. She also holds a Specialist Diploma in Nutrition Science, reflecting her interest in supporting quality of life, healthy lifestyle practices and cancer prevention through evidence-informed nutrition. Her intention is to create a safe and supportive space where participants can develop practical mindfulness skills while reconnecting with their innate capacity for awareness, courage and peace.
In addition to the 9-week MBCR program, she is developing ongoing community initiatives through the Centre for Mindfulness, including the MBCR Circle, to provide continued peer support and mindful living beyond the formal program. She welcomes referrals from healthcare professionals, cancer support organisations and individuals seeking evidence-based mindfulness support during or after cancer treatment.
