Euihyeon Na

Euihyeon Na, MD, PhD, is a psychiatrist, medical educator, researcher, and mindfulness-based facilitator in South Korea. She is a professor at a medical college and practices psychiatry at a university hospital, with a focus on addiction psychiatry, adolescent mental health, mindfulness- and compassion-based interventions, and trauma-sensitive contemplative practice.

As a facilitator, she offers mindfulness- and compassion-informed programs, psychoeducation, group-based interventions, and training for clinicians, healthcare providers, and trainees. Her work integrates evidence-based psychotherapy, contemplative practice, and clinical care, with an emphasis on emotional regulation, self-compassion, sustainable motivation, and safe adaptation of mindfulness practices to each person’s needs.
