BIOGRAPHY
Frédéric Giraud is a certified MBCR facilitator trained by Drs. Linda Carlson and Michael Speca in the MBCR Facilitator Training programme. A cancer survivor himself, having faced an aggressive lymphoma, he brings a unique personal understanding of the challenges cancer patients encounter during treatment and recovery.
Based in Valencia, Spain, Fred is the founder of MindCoachers and delivers the MBCR programme online in both Spanish and English, making it accessible to the broader Spanish-speaking world.
In addition to group MBCR programmes, Fred offers individual mindfulness coaching tailored to oncology patients and cancer caregivers at any stage — diagnosis, active treatment, remission, or recurrence. He holds professional certification from IMTA (Certified Mindfulness Teacher – Professional level) and is the founder and director of the MCMI, an IMTA-accredited Mindfulness Teacher Training programme (AMTTP).
